KWFamous Roller Disco
KITCHENER, ON, June 5, 2022 — Disco roller skating is on a comeback and KWFamous is excited to partner with the local community to bring nostalgia vibes to the Kitchener Market on Thursdays in June (starting this Thursday, June 9).

Event Title: KWFamous Roller Disco
The Details:
- Kitchener Market - lower level parking garage (P1)
- Thursdays in June (June 9, 16, 23, 30)
- 6 - 10pm
- Pay what you can admission (roller skate rentals not included)
- BYO roller skates or rent for $10 (you may also rollerblade)
- Kids ages 0 - 99 are welcome
“Learn to Skate” Hours will be offered from 6-7pm each week or come on out and just try!
Local businesses will be on site including:
- The Crazy Canuck Food Truck
- Four All Ice Cream
- Good Vibes Juice
- The Crumby Cookie Dough Company
- EMT Canada will be on site offering First Aid.
Weekly themes include:
- June 9 - Disco debut: Let’s get the party started with a mix of 70s vibes and today’s pop to kick off the KWFamous Roller Disco!
- June 16 - It’s your birthday: Because of the pandemic, we’ve missed a lot of birthday celebrations. This event will be a birthday party for everyone.
- June 23 - Rainbow disco: Be who you are. Love who you want to. Celebrate PRIDE under the disco rainbow.
- June 30 - It’s a secret: We're not about to give away all our secrets... but what we can tell you is that June 30 is filled with surprises.
